POSITION:?I.T. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WITH SALESFORCE SPECIALISM
(FIXED-TERM CONTRACT 6 MONTHS)
LOCATION:?This role is based in AONTAS, the National Adult Learning
Organisation, **Apply on the website** Main St, Ranelagh, Dublin 6,
D**Apply on the website** E0H1. AONTAS provides a flexible working
approach. Therefore, this role will allow for both at-home and
in-office working through a hybrid work model.
AONTAS are seeking to recruit an I.T. Systems Administrator for a
full-time fixed-term role. The key objective of this role is to review
and customize AONTAS? Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,
Salesforce, to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, provide **Apply on the
website**-1 training and support for AONTAS staff, and support other
internal systems including MS Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The I.T. Systems Administrator will report directly to the CEO. They
will be responsible for:
* Meeting with the AONTAS team and identifying the needs of the CRM
system. This will be based on the services provided, reporting
requirements, and organisational objectives.
* Creating an AONTAS Salesforce Customisation Report with detailed
notes on the timeline, steps included, and changes to be made.
* Reviewing and customising Salesforce
* Providing **Apply on the website**-1 training sessions with
staff/end users to build the capacity of the team to use the system
efficiently (including inputting data, editing fields, recognising
system issues, segmenting audiences, and pulling up reports)
* Managing the integration of Salesforce with other systems
including the AONTAS website, MS Teams and Xero
* Providing support to staff team on other internal I.T. systems to
improve and strengthen the internal I.T. infrastructure of the
organisation.
CORE SKILLS:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
experience required

within a Windows environment
* Salesforce specialism
* Working knowledge of Microsoft **Apply on the website**, MS Teams
and Xero
* Experience managing and maintaining collaboration tools such as
SharePoint, MS teams, and Zoom
* Excellent troubleshooting skills

SALARY
The salary offered will be commensurate with experience and will be
